Returns, exchanges and refunds
Thank you for your interest in Activity Connection!
At Activity Connection, our aim is to provide products that will enable Activity Directors and Care Providers to offer first-rate care to the senior population. As such, we are committed to ensuring satisfaction with the products we offer.
We will offer a full refund for any item purchased that fails to meet your satisfaction for any reason, provided that the item is in a condition that could be classified as “new,” with the following exceptions:
- CDs, DVDs, Recreation Therapy Consultants, and other noted products must be returned with the shrink-wrap intact in order to be eligible for a refund. We regret that we are obliged to observe this policy due to the reproducible nature of the aforementioned products. All products with this restriction will be clearly labeled and shrink-wrapped upon delivery.
- Original packaging must be included with a product to be eligible for refund. This includes boxes, instruction sheets, and any items that may be included as a part of the product, such as craft supplies.
- Items must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for refund.
If an item is damaged or not functioning properly upon delivery, or is unacceptable due to an error on our part, we will gladly send a replacement of the item purchased and pay for the shipping costs for the return. The consumer is responsible for shipping costs of items returned for any reason other than damage or improper functioning.
