General Return Policy
We offer a full refund on any product that does not meet your expectations, provided it remains in a “new” condition, with specific conditions outlined below:
- Specific Product Conditions: Physical products are eligible for a refund only if returned with the original shrink-wrap intact. This is due to the reproducible nature of these items, ensuring the maintenance of integrity and quality. Products subject to this condition will be clearly marked and delivered in shrink-wrap.
- Packaging Requirements: For a refund, products must be returned with all original packaging, including boxes, instruction sheets, and any additional components included with the product, such as craft supplies.
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
Digital Download Products
Due to the reproducible nature of digital products and e-learning courses, refunds are not available once a product has been downloaded or accessed. This policy protects the integrity of our digital content.
Issue Resolution: If any issues arise, such as receiving an incorrect digital item, please contact us. We are committed to resolving the problem and ensuring you receive the correct product or an appropriate solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is received damaged, malfunctioning, or incorrect due to our error, we will arrange for a replacement and cover the return shipping costs. For returns not related to damage or an error on the part of Activity Connection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Lost Shipments: Should your order fail to arrive within 5 business days following the shipment confirmation email or exceed 14 days from the order date, please contact us. Upon confirmation of a lost package by the carrier, we offer a choice between a full refund or a replacement shipment at no extra charge.
It is crucial to report a missing package no later than 30 days from the shipping date. Reports received after this period grant Activity Connection the sole discretion to decide on issuing a refund, arranging a reshipment, or maintaining the order status as delivered.
Incorrect Shipments: If you receive an incorrect item, please inform us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped without additional costs and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at our expense.
General Guidelines
- Keep all original packaging and items in their current condition until the issue is resolved.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- If necessary, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to facilitate the return process.
