This course is about fostering connections by cultivating good cheer.
We will cover:
- the many elements of good cheer, including well-being, humor and laughter, creativity, play, novelty, gratitude, pleasure, and more
- why adding good cheer to the daily lives of others is important, and
- a variety of ideas for how we can add an element of pleasure to enrich every activity.
Cultivating good cheer is about laughter and amusement, creativity and curiosity, and being playful and pausing to be grateful. All of those elements foster our connections to one another, contribute to our well-being, and cultivate good cheer wherever we may be.
This course has been pre-approved by the NCCAP.
