Updating your account information
- Log in to Activity Connection.
- Click Account in the upper right.
- Select Account Details.
From here you can:
- Update your name, email, and password under Account
- Update payment information under Payment
- Edit billing and shipping addresses under Addresses
- View membership details under Subscriptions

Purchasing a membership
- Log in to Activity Connection.
- Go to Marketplace, then click All Products.
- Select Memberships.
- Choose the membership plan that best fits your budget and billing preference.
- Click Add to Cart or Sign Up Now.
- your cart in the upper right.
- Confirm your membership selection.
- Click Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your billing details.
- Enter your payment information.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions and complete reCAPTCHA.
- Click Place Order.
Note: Your membership is billed as a recurring subscription and renews automatically unless canceled.

How to cancel automatic renewal
Your membership renews automatically as a subscription. To stop renewal:
- Log in to Activity Connection.
- Click Account in the upper right.
- Select Account Details.
- Under My Details, click Payment.
- Remove your stored payment method.
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How to cancel your membership
Your membership is managed under Subscriptions in your account settings.
- Log in to Activity Connection.
- Click Account in the upper right.
- Select Account Details.
- Under My Details, click Subscriptions.
- Select your membership.
- Click Cancel.

Creating a New Calendar in Calendar Builder
- Log in to your account and select Calendar Builder from the menu on the left. It will open in a new tab.
- In the Calendar Builder tab, click the orange New Calendar button.
- In the Create Calendar window, enter a name for your calendar. Use only letters, numbers, and spaces. Avoid special characters and punctuation.
- Choose the month and year for your calendar. Additional options will appear.
- Select Start with an Activity Connection template. More options will display.
- Under After that, choose your layout, paper size, and orientation. Your selections will turn turquoise when selected.
- Browse the available templates and choose one that fits your needs. When you hover over a template, the orange Create button will appear.
- Click Create to begin building your customized calendar.

How do I add my own images to my calendar?
- Click on the day in your calendar that you want to add your own image to. There is a limit of one image for each day.
- In the menu, click on the image icon. It looks like a picture of a mountain and sun. It is to the right of the word Transparency and left of the dotted box. Do not click on the picture next to the word Background.
- In the menu that appears click the word Choose under Insert Image.
- When the Image Library appears, you can either add any of the preloaded images to your calendar from the library or add your own pictures.
- Click the Upload tab to add your own images.
- In the upload menu, you can either drag your image into the dotted box or click and browse to add the image. When you have located your image, click to add the image and it, or double-click the image to add it to the Library.
- Select your image, then click Insert.
- If your image does not fit properly or is larger or smaller than you want, you can adjust its size and location on the day by selecting one of the options under Image Fit.
- Horizontal, Vertical, and Fill impact how the image fills the day.
- Image Size lets you make the image larger or smaller.
- Image Position lets you place the image in the day.
- Transparency lets you control how dark or see-through your image is.
- Click close when you have completed your selections.
- If the image does not look like what you want, simply rethe image icon and adjust your selections.
- If you decide to remove the image, the image icon again and select Remove beneath Choose.
Note: If you add your own images to the library, there is not currently a way to remove them from the library, so be careful about what you upload.

Can I work on my calendars offline?
Your calendars are stored online in the cloud and are not available unless you are logged into Activity Connection.
The advantage is that you can work on your calendar anywhere you can log into your Activity Connection account without worrying about version conflicts, emailing yourself your calendar, or not having the right software.
If you want to make notes about changes, you can always download a PDF copy and print it out. PDFs are also handy for sending to colleagues, since you can be sure they will be able to view the calendar if they have a PDF reader on their devices.

Adding and removing holidays in Calendar Builder
One of the unique and special features in Calendar Builder is the ability to add and remove holidays. It is a great way to add holidays important to your residents, special events, or even birthdays to your customized calendar.
- With your calendar in Calendar Builder, click on the day that you want to add or remove a holiday.
- Click the down arrow next to the word Holiday in the menu. Holiday is the last item just before Help.
- If the dropdown dialog box that appears has the name of a holiday, you can remove the existing holiday by deleting its name.
- If you want to add a holiday, click Add Additional Holiday and type in the name of the holiday or special event.
- Multiple items will appear in the same order as they are shown in the dialog box. You can change the order of the items by changing the contents of the text boxes.
- Click back in the calendar to save your changes.

Duplicating your calendar
Duplicate Calendar is a time-saving feature that helps when you need a different template, want to copy a calendar to the next month, or need to recover from unwanted changes.
- If you are in the Calendar Builder start-up screen, hover over the three horizontal dots in the upper corner of the calendar you want to copy, then select Duplicate from the drop-down menu.
- If the calendar is already open, click File in the upper left corner just under the Activity Connection icon.
- A dialog box will appear that is similar to the New Calendar dialog.
- Give your calendar a name. It cannot be the same name as the calendar you are duplicating.
- The dialog box will be populated with the layout options and paper size and orientation of the original calendar. Verify that these options are still what you want.
- Select your preferred template and click the Create button.
Please note: Holidays and images you added will not duplicate over, and if you are changing sizes or months, you may need to make changes in your text so everything fits properly.

Accessing your purchased courses
- Login to Activity Connection.
- Click on Account in the upper right corner.
- Under My Purchases, click Courses.
- From here you can download the course materials or launch the test.

Sound not playing on iPad or iOS for Bingo Caller
Sounds on some sites, like Bingo Caller, are not treated like music or YouTube audio.
Instead, they may be treated like the clicking of typing or touch navigation.
- Navigate to your iPad or iPhone System Settings.
- Select Sounds.
- Ensure Silent Mode is toggled to the OFF state (gray).
